The files should be smaller with FLAC, not bigger. If you're going to seed it anywhere, you'll probably need to have it in FLAC format (unless you use SHN, but that's kindof outdated at this point). Of course if you really want smaller files you could go MP3, but most people aren't going to want it if it's MP3 sourced, and none of the popular torrent trackers will seed it if it's in a lossy format. Stick with the FLAC.
